To the extent a dispute relating solely to use of this website is subject to judicial proceedings, the parties agree that the appropriate state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Separate agreements governing AMP professional services may contain different dispute-resolution, venue, jurisdiction, or governing-law provisions. In those circumstances, the applicable service agreement will control.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT REGARDING WEBSITE USE

These Terms, together with the AMP Privacy Policy and any other website-specific notices expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AMP concerning use of this website.

They do not replace or modify a separate written agreement governing professional services or a particular project.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding services provided under that agreement, the separate written agreement controls with respect to those services.
